New IT Helpdesk based at WSA Library

We are pleased to announce that iSolutions have begun a new helpdesk service at Winchester School of Art, based in the Library. For a trial period, one member of the isolutions team will be available to answer many of your IT queries. Although mainly aimed at students, staff are also welcome to drop by.

The main areas you will be able to get help with include:

  • Problems with University systems and services
  • How to use University systems and services
  • How to use your personal devices to access University systems and services
  • General IT guidance

The desk is open every Thursday from 10.30am until 1pm and can be found in Library One (Westside – Room 2119)

The trial runs until the 27th March 2014 – if there is enough interest then it will become permanent so please do pay us a visit!
